The workshop aims to inspire students, to experiment with their paintbox, to play and discover new ways of painting this challenging subject. The workshop begins with a welcome drink and a demonstration, a discussion of pigments and texture, before students create their own pieces with their paintbox and tutor support. This is also a chance to experiment with different pigments, which will be available to try, such as super-granulating medium, liquid charcoal, acrylic inks and masking fluid to create different textures and effects.
