Dance-fitness workshop is open for everyone who loves oriental dance and music. The class includes warm-up, stretching, learning fun facts and basic Bellydance techniques (focus on arms, upper and lower body accents, isolations), breakdowns of dance sequences, learning easy to follow choreography. Participants will work on improving their posture and get low-moderate workout as well.Members: $20
