INSPIRE is an immersive evening designed to align you with that seasonal awakening. Through intentional breathwork, grounded Reiki, and immersive sound, we create space for clarity, creativity, and renewed direction to rise naturally from within.
This is not about forcing transformation. It’s about softening enough to hear what’s already growing.
As the breath deepens, the nervous system begins to regulate and reorganize. Mental noise settles. The body becomes more receptive. Reiki is offered with grounded presence to support energetic balance and coherence. Layered throughout, live sound invites your system into deeper rest, expansion, and integration.
Light doesn’t demand. It reveals.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Breathwork A trauma-informed guided practice to increase oxygenation, regulate your nervous system, and open awareness to sensation, emotion, and insight.
Reiki Hands-on or hands-near energy support offered with clarity and integrity to encourage balance, alignment, and subtle recalibration.
Sound Bath Resonant tones and vibrational layering designed to support deep rest, expanded awareness, and embodied integration.

Active breathwork may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, recent major surgery, severe PTSD without professional support, or who are currently experiencing psychosis.
