✨Our life is shaped by limits and restraints: Sometimes it may seem they are forced on us and on our will. Paying taxes, office hours, limited amount of money, time or other resources. Needed hours of sleep to function. Different body limits due to age, different relationships to movement… Even in communication we are limited to the languages we know, our cultural and psychological background and those of others around us.
’✨What if we can actually use these limitations and instead of struggling and fighting against them, we learn to use them as leverage for our purposes and dreams? What if they are the very key to our freedom?
🔥 Yes, it is possible. 🔥
In this workshop we will play with:
💖 Identifying the limitations in our lives that make it hard for us
💖 Asking some important questions regarding their existence in our lives
💖 Working on acceptance and open-mindedness
💖 Embracing our limitations as useful tools on the way to success
💖 Start planning how to use them for our advantage
