Facilitated by Brit Nicole
This reflective writing session centers grounding, self-awareness, and resilience. Participants will explore journaling as a tool for reflection and learn how honoring every part of their journey supports how they show up in daily life.

10:15 AM – 11:00 AM | Less Chaos, More Peace: Simple Systems to Reduce Financial Stress
Facilitated by Geisha Melendez
This session explores how financial and operational chaos contribute to stress and decision fatigue. Participants will learn how simple, intentional systems can restore clarity, confidence, and peace.

10:15 AM – 11:00 AM -| Reframing Workplace Community Through Wellness
Facilitated by LaRissa Anthony
This discussion challenges leaders to move beyond surface-level perks and instead build workplace cultures rooted in connection, trust, and sustainable engagement.


Workshop 2

11:05 AM – 12:05 PM | How to Keep Going: Using Movement and Other Tools to Cope and Self-Regulate
An interactive, dance-based workshop designed to boost mood and demonstrate how accessible movement can support emotional regulation and overall well-being.
