InsideMyself არის “ლეო ინსტიტუტის” საბაზისო სემინარი, რომელიც ადამიანის ცხოვრების ყველა ასპექტს მოიცავს. სემინარი მონაწილეებს საშუალებას აძლევს შეისწავლონ და დააკვირდნენ საკუთარ გონებრივ მექანიზმს - როგორ ახდენს გავლენას ჩვენს ცხოვრებაზე გონება, ფიქრები, ქცევითი “პატერნები.” სემინარის განმავლობაში მონაწილეები განიცდიან SHIFT-ის მომენტებს, რაც გულისხმობს ავტომატური რეაქტიული მდგომარეობიდან რესურსულ-კრეატიულ მდგომარეობაში გადასვლას. სემინარის განმავლობაში მონაწილეები აპრაქტიკებენ და ეუფლებიან იმ ტექნიკებს, რაც მათ საშუალებას მისცემს გამოცადონ იგივე რესურსული მდგომარეობა ყოველდღიურ ცხოვრებაში.სემინარი მიმდინარეობს 5 დღის განმავლობაში. მოიცავს ინდივიდუალურ სამუშაოს ჯგუფურ გარემოში. ნაწილი აქტივობების ხორციელდება დიდ ჯგუფში, ნაწილი კი მცირე ჯგუფებში, რომელსაც LEO ქოუჩი ხელმძღვანელობს.
სემინარზე ჩვენი არაცნობიერი მექანიზმის შესწავლის და იმ საზღაურების გააზრების შემდეგ, რასაც ჩვენი ავტომატური ქცევითი “პატერნები” იწვევს, ვიწყებთ ტრანსფორმაციას იმ მდგომარეობისკენ, სადაც სილაღე და შემოქმედებაა.

InsideMyself is a foundational seminar in Leo Methodology that spotlights the overall life of a person. The seminar provides a clear understanding of the mental mechanism – the mind, its thought and behavioral patterns, and how it shapes the life one leads. During the seminar, participants experience moments of SHIFT, transitioning from a default reactive state to a resourceful-creative one. By the end of the seminar, participants are equipped with practical tools for their daily routine, allowing them to integrate ways to create a fulfilling life.
The seminar takes place during 5 consecutive days. It consists of individual work in a group setting dynamic, driven by the power of collective intelligence. Some activities are done all together, while some exercises are done in pairs and others in small groups guided by a Leo Coach.
During the seminar, we discover the unconscious mechanism that rules over our mental processes as well as our behavioral patterns, and we observe the costs and pains of letting it lead. Starting from this awareness, we then experience the transformation lever: the state where joy and creation start. The second part of the seminar allows us to see what we want to create in our professional lives, in our relationships and in any other domain.
