Inside the Arc: Post Player Lab

A position-focused training session for middle and high school girls who want to improve their game inside the arc. This one-hour clinic is built around footwork, finishing, positioning, and live decision-making so players can compete with confidence this spring.

Athletes will work on:
• Post footwork and scoring angles
• Finishing through contact
• Sealing and creating space
• Interior reads and short-roll decisions
• Rebounding positioning
• Competitive small-sided play

This clinic is ideal for forwards, posts, hybrid players, or any athlete who operates around the paint and wants to elevate their role heading into AAU or school competition.

Time: 10:00am – 11:30 AM
Cost: Free

Bring: Basketball and water
