About this Event
Inside Out: Understanding Our Feelings is a supportive and engaging workshop designed to help youth better understand and manage their emotions. During this session, young participants will learn about common feelings such as frustration, sadness, and excitement, and explore healthy ways to cope with them.
Through guided activities, simple coping tools, and group reflection, youth will build emotional awareness and confidence while learning skills they can use at home, in school, and with friends. The program provides a safe, welcoming environment where children can express themselves, connect with peers, and develop positive strategies for handling big emotions.
Parents can feel confident knowing their children will be participating in a structured program focused on emotional wellness, communication, and personal growth. Snacks will be provided, and all youth are welcome to attend.
