“Inside Out: Understanding Our Emotions” is a fun, interactive workshop designed to help young students explore the world of feelings — how they show up in our body, affect our thoughts, and shape how we connect with others.

▪️Recognize their emotions
▪️Manage stress and anger
▪️Understand others’ feelings
▪️Build kinder, more respectful relationships
▪️Workshop Flow (65 Minutes of Learning + Fun!)
▪️Icebreaker – Pass the Smile: Start with laughter & positivity
▪️Self-Awareness Activity: Color where emotions live in your body
▪️Self-Management Tools: Box Breathing, Myth vs Truth, “Name it to Tame it”
▪️Social Awareness Game: Read emotions without words
▪️Kindness Wall: Write and share kind notes with friends
▪️Fun Closing: Balloon Game, Music Reflection & Slogan – “We Feel, We Care, We Share!”
