📍 Location: Selected Schools in Rajshahi (Urban & Semi-Urban)

Have you ever wondered why you feel the way you do? 🤔
“Inside Out: Understanding Our Emotions” is a fun, interactive workshop designed to help young students explore the world of feelings — how they show up in our body, affect our thoughts, and shape how we connect with others.
𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼:

▪️Self-Management Tools: Box Breathing, Myth vs Truth, “Name it to Tame it”
▪️Social Awareness Game: Read emotions without words
▪️Kindness Wall: Write and share kind notes with friends
▪️Fun Closing: Balloon Game, Music Reflection & Slogan – “We Feel, We Care, We Share!”
