About this Event
You will see the structure and the main themes of the MBSR- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week, 10-session program.
This will help you in making an informed decision about your participation in the full program.
The full program starts in October 2024, with dates and times to be determined. Every week, for nine weeks. The class duration is from 2:00 to 2:30 hours. The first and last classes may be a little longer.
