We all encounter struggles and sometimes feel trapped in old harmful patterns. Unseen and unprocessed issues from previous generations contribute to these patterns, passed down through the systemic conscience. Healing begins when we become aware of these subconscious influences and start to address them. But where do these patterns originate, and how can we ever break free?
We are influenced by powerful, invisible forces shaped by countless systems—families, communities, societies or organizations that impact our body, mind, and emotions, often creating harmful recurring patterns rooted in past systemic traumas. Systemic constellations, a technique developed by Bert Hellinger, uses the physical orientation and sensory experiences of a group to uncover deep unconscious information about our identities, leading to profound insights and fundamental shifts.

This workshop will be facilitated by Zulfi Malik (founder of Qualia Quest). He is a Team Dynamics Coach, specialising in building resilient, psychologically safe, high-performing teams. Zulfi combines individual and group coaching with tailored immersive programs using systemic constellations and non-violent communication practices to stimulate deeper, accelerated transformations leading to sustained positive change. With over 20 years of industry experience in strategy, project, and change management, he specialises in helping teams navigate transitions, conflict and performance challenges.
