Info: Here l will be speaking about counting calories if it is needed to stay healthy or not you will get to understand what is more important eating healthy and staying active or counting calories and really stressing about it!

Info: in this time we will be speaking about the hydration of our bodies how much should we be drinking and how to determine if we are drinking enough or if we are drinking to much. also we will be determining if drinking specific drinks are hydrating us . here you will get the knowledge if the drink that you are drinking is beneficial for hydration of your body or you just drink it because it tasts nice
