Diane Cortes is a respected Christian and Hispanic business leader in Tampa Bay, known for her expertise in Human Resources and Digital Marketing. As the Founder and President of Acumen Strategist, she has over 20 years of experience helping businesses grow. A former President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, she led initiatives that revitalized the organization, increasing membership by 400% and launching the "Empresario Emprendedor" podcast. Diane’s dedication to empowering businesses, coupled with her strong spiritual foundation, continues to make a lasting impact in the community.

Danielle Hernandez,
DVH Group, PLLC
Danielle Hernandez is the founder of DVH Law Group, PLLC, with offices in Tampa and Washington, D.C., specializing in humanitarian and family-based immigration cases. A former Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security, she has extensive experience in public policy, litigation, and international law. Passionate about community advocacy, Danielle hosts a weekly immigration update on La Mega 101.1FM and actively supports local initiatives. She serves as President of the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber and holds key roles on various advisory boards, including the Tampa Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Council. A proud first-generation American of Ecuadorian descent, Danielle is dedicated to empowering the Hispanic community and increasing Latina representation in law and government.
