Join us for this FREE collaborative event designed to enhance the integration of acute and long-term care for older adults in the Hamilton area. This symposium will explore relevant topics in geriatric psychiatry, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and explore innovative practices to improve transitions and care continuity.
