About this Event
We are bringing together Business Owners and Managers who took part in Help to Grow Management, to work collaboratively to solve challenges within their businesses.
Join us for a series of three workshops, where you will use shared innovation to tackle issues, and develop action plans to implement between each session to make a real difference to your business. These sessions will be open to different industries and business types to allow you to share practices which are novel to other businesses. The group will use diverse thinking to develop novel ideas and new approaches to old or difficult problems.
These three sessions will be facilitated by Kingston Business School, but we hope following this the group will continue to meet independently. The first session will be held:
-27th September 13:00-15:00pm
And the two further sessions on:
-21st November 13:00- 15:00pm
-31st January 13:00- 15:00pm
