How the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework
can support social entrepreneurship education.
About this Event

The Event
EntreComp, the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework, identifies elements that make some-one entrepreneurial, and it provides a common reference for entrepreneurial teaching and learning. Ac-cording to EntreComp, "entrepreneurship is when you act upon opportunities and ideas and transform them into value for others. The value that is created can be financial, cultural, or social" (definition proposed by the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship & Young Enterprise). This webinar addresses social entrepreneurship edu-cators at German higher education institutions. It aims to familiarise participants with the EntreComp framework and how they can use it to inspire action. It provides guidance and practical examples on how to use EntreComp in teaching social entrepreneurship and supporting impact-oriented start-ups.
