About this Event
What began in 2014 as a small gathering in Jyväskylä, Finland, has evolved into a global platform showcasing the power of frugal innovation. From 2015 to 2019, we held annual in-person conferences in Helsinki, followed by online events from 2020 to 2022. In 2023, we were thrilled to return to an in-person format in Helsinki, reconnecting with our community face-to-face.
Now, in 2025, we are marking our 10-year anniversary with a half-day event in Cambridge on February 18. This special milestone event will take stock of our journey, refocus on Frugal AI, and explore how climate and impact fund managers can support these breakthroughs with strategic investments. We invite you to join us as we celebrate a decade of championing resourceful innovation—and look ahead to a future shaped by sustainable, impactful solutions for everyone.
InnoFrugal’s 10th Anniversary Conference marks a special milestone built on the solid partnerships we’ve cultivated over the past decade. We’re especially grateful to King’s Entrepreneurship Lab (E-Lab) for hosting this year’s event at King’s College Cambridge. Our longstanding ties with the Centre for India & Global Business (CIGB), stretching nearly ten years, and our eight-year partnership with the Circular Economy Centre (CEC) reflect our shared commitment to driving frugal innovation, global collaboration, and sustainable solutions.
