INNERSONIC Tune-Up Session

INNERSONIC is a guided journey into threshold states using sound, energy, and consciousness. It draws from sound healing, neuroscience, shamanism, and traditional Tantric philosophy to create an experience that is both deeply somatic and profoundly transcendent.

The Tune-Up session is a 30-45 minute journey + intro/relaxation before and integration/sharing after. If you haven't yet experienced INNERSONIC, this is a great introduction.

❖ FREQUENTLY REPORTED EXPERIENCES

✧ SOMATIC
Sensations: Tingling, vibration, heat and coolness, waves of energy, floating, synesthesia
Spontaneous Movement: Shaking, arching, swaying, hand mudras

❖ PREPARING FOR THE JOURNEY

• Please wear comfortable clothes
• Bring an eye mask (optional)
• Avoid a full stomach
• No alcohol or substances for 24 hours prior

<> Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early to set up your space. Doors close before the journey begins, in order to maintain the sanctity of the space.

❖ GOOD TO KNOW

✧ This experience may not be suitable if you have a recent injury or surgery, are in poor physical health, have a serious mental health or neurological condition, or are experiencing Kundalini syndrome. (Participation may be possible with medical approval).

✧ The facilitator may touch or point at different chakra/meridian points on and around your body and work with layers of your energy field to assist your journey. If you have any concerns, we can discuss this beforehand.
