I’ve been wanting to offer this event for a long time. Trance music was my first real sense of community growing up the expansive melodies, the emotional highs, the way it could carry me into a state beyond words. But even though I loved the music, I never fully felt like I belonged in the scene. So much of it revolved around substances, and I longed for a space where the music and presence alone could take you there.I am so excited to be bringing the world of trance together with yoga, breathwork, and ecstatic dance where you can experience the full euphoria of music and movement.
The body leads, the breath amplifies, and the music opens the heart.

Trance music has always been a part of my life journey. It was the first favorite genre of music I was introduced to at the age of 3 from my father, and has also been an incredible part of my healing journey—from the first artist I fell in love with, Robert Miles, to Paul Van Dyk, early Tiësto, Armin Van Buuren, Chicane, Solarstone, and Above & Beyond. Growing up, these soundscapes were my refuge through moments of loneliness, bullying, and being cast out for my culture and identity. This genre of music brought me support, presence in my emotions, and the ability to reach for euphoria through the body and heart.
Now, I’m excited to share that journey with you—combining the emotional depth of trance with the freedom of ecstatic dance, the clarity of breath, and the grounding of yoga.
