The core and pelvic floor are two areas of the body that are often misunderstood, yet they play a vital role in how we move, stabilize, breathe, and support ourselves—physically and energetically. Together, we’ll explore their relationship in a clear and approachable way, breaking down foundational movement patterns so you can build awareness, coordination, and true stability from within.
You’ll learn how to properly engage and release these muscles, understand their connection to posture and breath, and begin to develop strength that feels both intelligent and sustainable. We’ll also expand beyond the core into full-body strength—exploring functional movements like lunges, foundational exercises, and light weights, all while maintaining connection to breath and pelvic floor.
We’ll close with a fun, community-centered sculpt circuit designed to integrate what you’ve learned—blending strength training, core activation, and functional movement to build resilience, connection, and a little sweat along the way.
