About this Event
Join Niamh Barry and fellow survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence for a deeply calming session designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness. This gentle practice combines slow, supported yin yoga, a mindful tea ritual, and a soothing sound meditation. The session offers a peaceful, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep rest.
No artistic experience is needed - session offers a calm, supportive space to reflect, create, and connect with others at your own pace.
