Inner space, outer space: cacao, sacred geometry & the heart as the altar

Join us for a gathering celebrating the medicine of cacao as we connect our inner landscapes of the heart with the outer landscapes of the land in community.

Held by the Codex home (regenerative house designed with sacred geometry in the heart of Columbus), we will sit with Cacao Medicine and attune to our inner and outer space in collective prayer. Together we will:

• Build an altar as an extension of our heart, connecting our inner outer spaces.
• Learn about cacao, its history, and its consecration in ancient and contemporary times.
• Commune with cacao, inviting this medicine with a collective chant
• Activate our inner sacred geometry in this space, specifically built to hold sacred space.
• Infuse our senses in music as we integrate our bodies in space
• Close our circle in community.

Please bring:

• A floor cushion to sit on (optional)
• A bottle of water
• A journal, drum or instrument (optional)
• An item to add to our collective altar (optional but recommended).
