Ce stage explore le toucher comme une pratique d'écoute et d’ancrage, en cultivant une présence attentive au corps et à l’espace. Cette démarche, non thérapeutique, invite à créer des liens entre le geste, la sensation et le monde.
Vous découvrirez un toucher subtil, du magnétisme à la peau, en connexion avec les tissus, les os et les articulations, pour libérer la respiration, dénouer les tensions et faciliter le mouvement.
Par ce sens vital, l’autre devient médiateur•ice entre soi et le monde, ouvrant un circuit où rythme et énergie traversent nos structures. Toucher - ici - c’est à la fois émettre et recevoir, guider et soutenir.
Les explorations se vivent de manière individuelle, en binôme et en groupe, dans le respect, l’écoute et le consentement.

Outils:
• Exercices d’éducation corporelle, inspirés des travaux du psychomotricien Jacques Garros.
• Explorations sensorielles pour plonger dans le toucher
• Procédés hypnotiques, destinés à approfondir notre habilité à sentir.

Intentions:
Cette approche somatique vise à « sentir » et « faire sentir », activer des espaces sensoriels pour nos mouvements authentiques. Le corps devient ici un terrain d’exploration, où le focus reste le vivant en mutation. L'esthétique qui en découle naît d’une intériorité éprouvée, libérée des codes habituels de représentation corporelle.

- personnes en quêtes d’approches somatiques
- personnes intéressées par l'outil hypnotique en lien avec le corps
- personnes qui ont besoin d’outils pour développer leur travail, qu’il soit artistique, pédagogique ou orienté dans la relation d’aide
- artistes (corporel, visuel, théâtrale, cirque, sonore, etc)
- personnes en ré-apropriation corporelle

Biographie de l’intervenante:
Eve Bonneau est artiste transdisciplinaire et pédagogue corporelle, formée à l’École Nationale de Danse de La Rochelle et à P.A.R.T.S. Influencée par le psychomotricien Jacques Garros, elle questionne nos capacités à ‘sentir’ à travers ses performances. Depuis 2009, elle enseigne à l'école La Cambre et explore l'hypnose comme outil créatif depuis 2020. Formée en hypnothérapie au CREA.

Dance Workshop on the Intelligence of Touch

This workshop explores touch as a practice of listening and grounding, cultivating an attentive presence to the body and the space. This non-therapeutic approach invites participants to create connections between movement, sensation, and the world.
You will discover a subtle touch, from magnetism to the skin, connecting with the tissues, bones, and joints, to release breath, dissolve tension, and facilitate movement.
Through this vital sense, the other becomes a mediator between oneself and the world, opening a circuit where rhythm and energy flow through our structures. Touch here is both giving and receiving, guiding and supporting.
Explorations will take place individually, in pairs, and in groups, with respect, listening, and consent.

Tools:
• Body education exercises, inspired by the work of psychomotrician Jacques Garros.
• Sensory explorations to dive into touch.
• Hypnotic techniques aimed at deepening our ability to sense.

Intentions:
This somatic approach aims to "feel" and "make feel," activating sensory spaces for authentic movement. The body becomes a field of exploration, where the focus remains on the living, ever-changing process. The resulting aesthetics arise from an interiority tested, freed from the usual codes of corporeal representation.

Biography of the Facilitator:
Eve Bonneau is a transdisciplinary artist and body pedagogue based in Brussels. She trained as a dancer at the École Nationale de Danse de La Rochelle and at P.A.R.T.S. Influenced by psychomotrician Jacques Garros, she questions our capacities to "feel" through her performances in Belgium, Mexico, Brazil, and other countries. Since 2009, she has taught at La Cambre School of Visual Arts and has been exploring hypnosis as a creative tool since 2020. She is trained in hypnotherapy at CREA.
