This five-part ecotherapy series is designed for participants seeking to be a part of a therapeutic space that utilizes ecotherapy for their own wellbeing.
Grounded in evidence-informed ecotherapy, the series explores how aligning with seasonal rhythms can build resilience, fortitude, and meaning during times of change.
Participants will engage in structured somatic and sensory experiences to strengthen emotional regulation, deepen awareness of transitions, and enhance therapeutic presence - skills applicable both personally and in client care.
