Cacao is known as medicina corazón, the medicine of the heart. This sacred plant invites us to slow down, open, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.
This ceremony is a vital invitation to pause, realign, and prepare for the demands of the coming season. Held in the spirit of cacao, we open a space for deep internal work (a necessary system reset) to connect with your most authentic self and anchor your center.

Shamanic Meditation Journey
Guided breath work, meditation, and sound healing to support realigning your energy.
Reflection and Sharing
Time for journaling, release practices, and an optional group sharing circle.
