Join us for a workshop exploring yoga poses for self-kindness, self-compassion practices, and meditation techniques for inner peace.
What To Expect:
- Slow, mindful movement with breathing techniques to build resilience
- Short guided meditation to release tension
- Explore techniques for self-compassion
- Using a solution focused perspective to journal/reflect on strengths and self-kindness
Who is This For?
Anyone who would like to make time for themselves and explore practical techniques to embrace self-compassion and self-love. If you enjoy slow flow yoga and love a bit of journaling and self-reflection then this is for you!
What you Will Need:
“Workbook is provided”
You will have the choice to complete self-reflective workbook activities or journal, encouraging you to focus on your personal goals, explore your strengths and celebrate your achievements using a compassionate, solution focused approach.
About The Workshop:
This workshop incorporates some slow movement, meditation and a chance to reflect or journal.

- £25 per ticket

Tickets are non-refundable, but transferrable with AT LEAST 48-hours notice (to another session with the same guide).
About Joyti:
Following her interest in the mind-body connection, Joyti is a trained Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher. This style involves using the breath to help transition the body through a sequence of poses. Her style is mainly slow flow, focusing on what works for your body with an interest in self care and kindness helping you find peace in the pose.
Sometimes we need to create time for ourselves, to switch off from our daily routine and recharge to support this, Joyti runs workshops focusing on self care and self kindness.
Joyti is a trained Psychotherapist/Counsellor with a background in Psychology. She works using a Person Centred approach and aims to create a safe, non judgemental and supportive space which focuses on you and your story. She is interested in using solution focused techniques which support positive change helping clients to look forward, find their own solutions and use their strengths to achieve their goals.
