Finding your mind’s calmness and happiness cannot be achieved overnight; it is an ongoing process.
This program helps to put you in the right frame of mind. Get clear on your life goals and pursue them with a healthy sense of perspective that’s aligned with the right motivation to keep you on track. It is to get back your focus, promote clarity and realignment process with positive energy in the midst of the bustle.
The purpose of this program is to lead you on to a greater sense of mindfulness. When you can learn to live in the moment, and accept anything that comes your way as the temporary situation that it is (good or bad), you’ll be able to relax and enjoy life more than you may have ever thought possible.
Being mentally prepared in achieving your goals is equally as important as being physically ready. This session will end with leaving you a healthy mind with feeling calmer, clearer, and contented.
In this session, we are going to:
1. Maximise the good energy in you by releasing blockages.
2. Bring yourself back to your centre with guided imagery meditation with the sound of singing bowl.
3. Fall deep into your sonic universe with 40 minutes sound bath to integrate your intention in you.
Note:
1. Wear something comfortable for lying down, gentle movement and sitting on the ground
2. Please arrive 10 min early to settle in.
3. Cover materials such as a scarf to keep yourself comfortable
About SC:
Lady SC is a Life Coach & Sound Therapist. She has been trained extensively in branches of psychology and meditation methodologies.
SC started practises meditation and guides many to obtain inner peace since 2003.
Since 2006, She practises methodologies from branches of psychology including Psychology of Vision, Family Constellation , O & O Academy, and is a certified trainer and master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® & Hypnotherapy.
SC is a highly experienced in the field of Life Coaching. She actively coaches professionals and individuals in personal empowerment. She believes every one of us deserve to live in a golden life and to be the best version of ourselves. Her strength is always seeking opportunities to reach out helping others to rewire their mind to work positively, that is to take charge of their emotion including anger, frustration etc. as a result to boost their confidence relationships and increase work performances.
With a combination of psychology studies and meditation background, SC helps her participants innerselves by connecting with them in the subconscious level.
