Inner Matters @ Sovern is a monthly workshop series designed to help adults build practical emotional intelligence skills they can use in everyday life, relationships, and work. Each session blends clear teaching, guided reflection, and actionable tools, so you leave with real takeaways, not just inspiration.
This series centers the individual experience. You will have space to learn more about your own emotional patterns, values, and boundaries at your own pace, with optional opportunities for connection and discussion in a supportive group setting. Whether you are new to emotional intelligence or already on a wellness journey, these workshops are accessible, grounded, and designed to meet you where you are.
Over six months, we will explore: Your Emotional Style, Clarifying What Matters, Gentle with Yourself, Clear with Others, Boundaries as Self Respect, Staying Grounded in Hard Conversations, and Empathy Without Burnout. Come to one session or attend the full series to build a toolkit for greater clarity, steadiness, and connection.
