Please note these sessions are occurring on the Sunday of the month. This restorative practice invites you to slow down, soften, and turn inward. Through gentle shapes, supported stillness, and intentional breathing, we explore the subtle language of the body — sensation, tension, release, and the quiet shifts that follow.
Each posture is offered as an opportunity to listen closely: to notice what is present, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness. Movement is minimal and unhurried, allowing your body to unwind at its own pace and in its own way.
You will be guided with invitational, trauma-informed cues that honour choice, autonomy, and comfort. Options and variations are available throughout, making the practice accessible for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
