Throughout the evening, you’ll be gently guided to move your body in ways that awaken and activate the seven chakras, allowing energy to flow freely from root to crown.
As the music evolves, you’ll be invited to explore different qualities of movement that correspond with each energy centre, grounding into the earth, awakening creativity, igniting personal power, opening the heart, finding your authentic voice, expanding your intuition, and connecting to something greater than yourself.
The evening will close with a mini-soundbath from Dee Lau of Triakoras. A gentle integration to help you land and carry what emerges back into your life.
This is a space for authentic movement, connection, and self-expression.
