9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Ceremonial with Sacred Plant Connection (Fully Fasted, ~5 hours) Includes integration: reflection, journaling, and group sharing. For those not partaking, this is a time of deep meditation.

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Integrative Sound Bath Experience
