Workshop guided by Esther Mo
About this Event

Qigong has many forms in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and all of them are designed to promote the movement of Qi (referred to as life energy, breath) throughout the body. In Chinese medicine theory illness is caused by Qi stagnation, and getting enhanced Qi moving is always a part of any healing process.

Esther will guide you in various forms of Qigong, including Tai Chi, with a strong emphasis on the essentials of breath, stance, intent and focus, leading to effective Qigong training. You've never had a Tai Chi class like this!

Key Workshop Takeaways:

  • Learn to work with your Qi, remove blockages, and get it moving properly
  • Tap into your inner healer and the powerful medicine already inside your body
  • Learn not only the movements, but also the intention and finer details, which lead to improved results
  • Improve balance and coordination, better handle physical obstacles
  • Improve mental clarity, better handle mental and emotional obstacles
  • Develop your connection with the earth and nature
