Continue on your pathway to Inner Freedom through this introductory session to the spiritual study of Raja Yoga. An experienced yogi will blend discourse with reflection as you explore the basics of this ancient spiritual practice.

Raja Yoga can be translated as ‘supreme union’ or ‘highest connection’. It redefines the self as a soul and enables a direct connection and relationship with the Supreme Source of purest energy and highest consciousness. Every soul has a right to experience this ultimate relationship.
Open to all and No experience required. All programs are offered free of charge as a community service. Voluntary contributions are welcome and your generosity is greatly appreciated.
