THE EVENT:Through Presence and Reflection, explore memories, emotions and experiences. Reconnecting with inner joy, clarity and authenticity.
THE EXPERIENCE:
Sasha from The Expression Code, and myself Gemma from The Healing Assistant have come together to create a morning of presence, connection of self at a soul level.
I will lead you on a inner exploration, by guiding you through a Current Life and a Past Life Regression. You will revisit a light happy memory of this lifetime, and a previous lifetime to see what your soul's history holds.
Note - This is a taster designed to show you how regression works and what it feels like. It is not a space to deal with trauma, complex life issues or problems.
Sasha will invite you into a gentle and engaging exploration of presence, self awareness and authentic connection. Through guided exercises, reflection and interactive word clearing, we will uncover the subtle misunderstandings, stories and patterns that can shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
