- What to Bring: We provide mats and blankets. Please bring an eye mask, a notebook/pen for reflections, and a water bottle.
- Diet: To maximize the energy work, avoid eating for 2 hours before the session. Please refrain from alcohol the day before and after.
- Intention: Take a moment before you arrive to think of something you wish to release or invite into your life.
- Aftercare: If possible, keep your evening light and unstructured to allow the experience to settle.
