The Akka cohort includes a welcome gathering, two online preparation sessions, a 4-day in-person immersion on Ekskäret Island, and a final online session to reconnect and reflect. Online sessions are recorded and can be watched. This structure offers a supportive rhythm that allows your learning to deepen over time.
