Step into a morning of renewal and relaxation in Maple Ridge at Dance FX.

From 9:00-10:00 a.m, you're invited to a guided experience designed to help you connect with your own inner compass. This gathering blends gentle movement, group connection, and deep sound immersion to resore balance and clarity before the new month ahead.

Together, we'll:

• Share in a short group conversation and light movement to ground our bodies
• Rest in guided meditation followed by a deep sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing tones
• Receive additional guidance through oracle cards, if you wish
• Place a meaningful item on our alter to be charged or cleansed (optional)

This month, the theme is self-led intention. whether you come to release, receive, give, or achieve, the space is yours to set what you need most.
