This is *not* therapy and it is *not* an actual sleepover. The name evokes childlike joy and is an invitation into a world where presence, empathy, connection, and being light-hearted are valued.
Think of this as a pattern interrupt from your adult responsibilities. It's a space to develop emotional intelligence, enhance your resilience, rebel against the status quo, be more lighthearted, and practice a different way of being. It’s a space to deepen in community and be authentically you.
