Event Description:
How can we access the wisdom and innocence of our inner child to assist us in our healing journey? The "inner child" embodies the pure innocence within each of us, guiding us to the places in our hearts and minds where healing is still needed.

During this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore the themes of radical self-love, re-parenting the inner child, and applying science-informed methods of self-soothing. In the presence of a supportive community and under the light of the full moon, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect, process, and move through emotions in a healing space.

What to Expect:

• Reflective Discussion & Journal Prompts: Delve into the concept of the inner child and identify areas where growth and healing are possible.
• Community Circle: Share insights and experiences within a safe, non-judgmental space, surrounded by those on a similar healing path.
• Science-Informed Self-Soothing Techniques: Learn practical tools to comfort and nurture yourself in moments of distress or challenge.
• Restorative Yoga Flow: End the evening with a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga sequence, designed to help release tension and bring peace to your mind and body.

• A journal and pen for writing exercises
• Comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation
• A yoga mat (some will be available if needed)
• A blanket or pillow for extra comfort during restorative yoga
