Welcome to S3E CrossFit's next Gym Talk Series: Pelvic Floor 101 event! Join us at for an informative session all about understanding and strengthening your pelvic floor. Dr. Casey Smith, owner of Fettle and Fit Physical Therapy, will give us an overview of the pelvic floor anatomy and how to sync your core. We will learn tips for bladder control with jumping, running, double unders, how to avoid straining, hernias and pelvic organ prolapse with lifting, and how to make the most of your ab exercises to spare your pelvic floor for the long term.
