Inner Canvas: Duality Thursday, June 11 | 7–9pm | Art Monster Studio, Norwalk, CT
Some seasons ask us to pick a side. This one asks us to hold both.
Inner Canvas is an evening where creativity and healing meet — no art experience needed, no agenda except to slow down and see what surfaces.
Inspired by Gemini season and the theme of duality, this gathering is an invitation to explore the two sides that live inside you: the light and the shadow, the still and the restless, the self you show the world and the one you keep quiet.
The evening includes:
- Reiki energy work to open and settle your nervous system
- A live sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, & more
- An oracle card reading woven through the experience
- Constellation Mapping — a guided art activity using black paper and gold/white pen to map the two sides of yourself in a way that feels ceremonial, not clinical
- Tea and chocolate to ground you before you head back out into the world
You don't need to be an artist. You don't need to know anything about energy work. You just need to show up.

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down.
