Inner Canvas: Movement & Becoming is an elevated paint & sip–style experience blending intuitive art, gentle reflection, and grounding practices. This session invites guests to explore what feels stagnant, what wants motion, and what is quietly emerging beneath the surface.
You’ll be guided through reflective prompts and intuitive painting, allowing your canvas to respond to movement rather than outcome. No art experience is needed. Sharing is always optional.
This is not about having a plan — it’s about allowing momentum.
