In honor of International Women’s Day, join us for "Inner Bloom"- a relaxing 2-hour art workshop. This is hands on art-making workshop designed for women to explore their strength and resilience.
Using the metaphor of a garden, you will create your own expressive artwork to represent what you wish to plant, nurture, and grow in your life.
-Get Creative: We will be painting and using mixed media to bring your inner garden to life.
-Reflect: Use the art-making process to boost your well-being and connect with your personal growth.
-Relax: Enjoy a short guided relaxation to rest and center yourself.
-Connect: Join a supportive community in a space designed for women.
No art experience needed - just come as you are!
