Discover the joyful expression of belly dancing in this fun and approachable workshop with Nicole Roy. We’ll explore foundational belly dance isolations—hips, ribcage, and torso—awakening muscles you may not even know you had. Expect the use of veils as a prop to enhance flow and creativity.

There will be a tea party and vegan lunch provided.

Itinerary:

90 Minutes of Belly Dancing Workshop followed by lunch.

This class is all about exploration, play, and moving your body in a new way. No dance experience required.
