About this Event
This immersive workshop invites you onto the 1,200-acre regenerative landscape of , where regenerative farmers, livestock stewards and nutritional educator Dr. Samarpan Ananda will guide you through the powerful relationship between soil health, animal stewardship, and human nutrition.
Sonny’s Farm is a working regenerative livestock farm where cattle, pigs, and chickens are raised entirely on pasture through carefully managed rotational grazing systems designed to restore soil, rebuild ecosystems, and produce truly nutrient-dense food. Throughout the day, you’ll experience firsthand how land, animals, and people are connected through the way food is raised.
This event is also one of the first experiences launching the Innate Revival series by Dr. Samarpan Ananda—a growing collection of workshops designed to reconnect people with the foundational elements of human vitality: real food, living ecosystems, ancestral wisdom, and regenerative stewardship of the earth.
Together we will explore how the way food is raised directly shapes the quality of the food on your plate—and ultimately the health of your body.🌱
What You’ll Experience: Participants will be guided through the farm on a walking tour and buggy tour across multiple regenerative ecosystems, including:
• Pine & oak forest grazing systems
• Regeneratively managed livestock pastures including rotationally pasture-raised cattle, pigs, and chickens.
• Soil restoration projects
• Invasive species management through grazing animals
Along the journey, you’ll hear directly from the experts stewarding the land, including:
• Regenerative farmers explaining how living soil ecosystems function
• Livestock managers demonstrating how properly managed animals can rebuild land health
• Dr. Samarpan Ananda, sharing how soil and animal health translate into nutrient-dense, ancestral nutrition🐄
As you move through the farm’s landscapes, you’ll see how animals, plants, and soil work together to create living ecosystems that grow healthier over time.
What You’ll Learn:
• Why soil health determines nutrient density in food
• The profound difference between factory farming vs. regenerative livestock systems
• How properly managed animals can restore ecosystems rather than degrade them
• How regenerative agriculture supports biodiversity, carbon capture, and long-term land health
• How to source higher-quality foods that support both your health and your local food system
At the heart of this experience is a simple yet powerful idea:
Healthy soil → healthy ecosystems → healthy people.
This is the essence of the Innate Revival philosophy—returning to the biological and ecological foundations that humans evolved within.
🛒 Take Home Food From the Farm: Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase freshly harvested products directly from Sonny's Farm, including pasture-raised meats and eggs produced right on the land you’ve just explored.
👨👩👧 Family Friendly: Children are welcome to attend. However, due to limited capacity, each participant — including children — will require their own ticket. Infants under 1 year of age do not require a ticket, provided they remain with a parent or guardian and do not occupy a seat during the tour.
☀️ Prepare for the Outdoors: This event will take place midday on an active farm environment, so please come prepared with:
• Hats or sun protection
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Sunscreen
• Water bottles and anything you need to stay cool and comfortable
⚠️ RSVP Early: Limited to just 25 participants: Spots are intentionally limited to create a personal, interactive, and immersive learning experience. Reserve your place and experience where real nourishment begins: in the soil.
🌦️ Rain or Shine: Farm tours are held rain or shine and will proceed as scheduled in typical weather conditions, including light rain or heat. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.
Only in the event of severe weather—such as lightning, severe storms, or other conditions that pose a safety risk—may Sonny’s Farm determine that a tour must be postponed or rescheduled. If such a determination is made, guests will be notified and provided with options to reschedule.
All weather-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of Sonny’s Farm with guest and staff safety as the primary consideration.
