Culture is a treasure that was made to be shared! Sumi-e, or Chinese ink art, has thousands of years of history. Its underlying philosophy, unique aesthetics and diversity create an influence on art. These things offer a rich experience around art. The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with life experiences from which they can develop artistic expression, embrace oriental aesthetics and discover new ways of self-knowledge. Sumi-e workshops include art making, meditation, listening to music, playfulness, and tea ceremony. The workshop is suitable for anyone who is interested in tea cultures, the visual arts and cultural well-being. You don't have to have any previous experience to join the barn. We'll get you all the materials you need.
