Ink at the Bay is a 3 day family friendly tattoo festival where world class tattoo artists from around the globe display their talent for 3 days on the breezy coast of Monterey California. Over 100 of the worlds best tattoo artists come together annually for 3 days of non-stop tattooing, dancing, eating, drinking, and fun.
