Who: Join sports rehab specialists, Drs. Charlotte Robinson and Lauren Ulrich of Alpine Fit PT along with co-sponsors Full Cycle.
What: Drs. Charlotte Robinson and Lauren Ulrich will get right into the heart of the most common skiing injuries debunking myths and highlighting the key steps to take to break free of skiing and snowboarding injuries or stop it before it starts. They'll also address some important steps to take to avoid the most common injuries on the mountain. Finally, we'll open it up to YOU with a lively Q & A session.

Dr. Charlotte Robinson graduated from the University of Colorado Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2018. She has been treating in outpatient physical therapy settings since graduating, with a focus on high school, college, and weekend warrior athletes. She specializes in shoulder injuries in rock climbers, bikers, and overhead athletes. Charlotte also focuses on the running community and has worked with recreational and olympic athletes alike to address running injuries and prevention. Charlotte is certified in synergistic dry needling and uses this along with instrument assisted soft tissue release, myofascial release, joint manipulation, and other hands on techniques to keep her patients active and doing what they love!
Outside of the office, Charlotte can be found camping in the summer months and snowboarding in the winter months. She loves to explore the mountains and get out in the Colorado wilderness with her Golden Retriever pup, Burton.
Dr. Lauren is a physical therapist with 4 years of experience specializing in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic care, and dry needling. A former college basketball player at Bethel College, she understands the physical demands of sports and is dedicated to helping patients recover from injury, improve performance, and prevent future issues. Lauren also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training, which enhances her understanding of on-field sports injuries and their rehabilitation.
Lauren earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University and is proficient in dry needling throughout the entire body.
Lauren combines this advanced technique with manual therapy, selective functional movement screenings, and sport-specific rehabilitation to help athletes and active individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys playing basketball, skiing, hiking, camping, and weightlifting. Her active lifestyle helps her better understand the physical challenges her patients face. Lauren is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in sports and orthopedic physical therapy.
