Initiation + Equanimity : Tea Ceremony

This is a ceremony of stillness, simple beauty, and quiet kinship with the medicine of Tea. Held lovingly at Coven Arts in Cadboro Bay.

Sipping tea together as our guide inward, this ceremony holds the intent to connect with Self, Spirit, Nature, and community as we open to Springtime and elemental alchemy.

After a period of intentional silence, we may guided to reflect on themes and musings on what is emerging, shifting, and how we are noticing creative motivation this season.

Recognizing also that life is on a spiral, and it may not feel like "springtime" for all... letting go, grief, introspection and uncertainty are always welcome as a part of this circle.
