About this Event
When Fear and Bravery Collide is a year-long, trauma-informed creative program for women who have experienced interpersonal abuse and are in a place of rebuilding.
This in-person group uses therapeutic drama, storytelling, movement, and guided creative exercises to support participants in reconnecting with their voice, identity, and sense of self.
The process begins with building safety, connection, and trust within the group, and gradually moves into deeper creative exploration and collaborative work over time.
This information session is an opportunity to learn more about the program, ask questions, and determine whether it feels like a good fit.
This group is designed for adult women who are in a place of rebuilding and ready for a longer-term, supportive process.
